What a relief that 2020 is just about over! My goodness this has been a tough year for everyone around the world., and Hosea House is no exception! We were forced to close our dining room in March, convert to take-out meals and replace the compressor on the walk-in freezer. In addition, our in-kind food donations essentially evaporated. However,
the team persevered achieving great results!
We are serving more meals than ever before. Companies highlighted in this and previous issues have stepped up with donations of supplies. We have recently received an excellent rating from the NKY Health Department. This quote by Helen Keller seems appropriate… “When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened for us.”
