Henry Hosea House Names Tina Seiter Executive Director
Henry Hosea House has named Tina Seiter its Executive Director, effective September 21, 2026. A Campbell County resident, Seiter brings experience in nonprofit leadership, staff supervision, community outreach, coalition building and grant funded program management.

Throughout her career, Seiter has led community programs, supported staff and volunteers, and developed partnerships among healthcare providers, schools, public agencies and nonprofit organizations. Her work has included assessing community needs, coordinating resources and bringing organizations together to better serve individuals and families.
That experience aligns closely with Henry Hosea House's mission of feeding neighbors experiencing hunger and providing a welcoming place where every guest is treated with compassion and dignity. In her new role, Seiter will guide daily operations, support staff and volunteers, strengthen community relationships and advance the fundraising efforts that sustain the organization's meal service.
"Henry Hosea House serves a hot meal every day, and that work rests on volunteers, donors and community partners," said Steve Ader, Board Chair of Henry Hosea House. "Tina has spent her career bringing hospitals, courts, schools and community organizations together around shared needs. The board is glad to welcome her as our Executive Director."
"As a Campbell County resident, I am honored to serve as the new Executive Director of Henry Hosea House," said Seiter. "I bring experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, community outreach, grant funded initiatives and building partnerships that connect individuals and families with meaningful support. I am excited to work alongside the dedicated staff, volunteers, board members, donors and community partners who make this mission possible. Serving my own community makes this opportunity especially meaningful, and I look forward to helping Henry Hosea House continue serving our neighbors with compassion, dignity and hope."
Seiter holds training in Mental Health First Aid, crisis intervention and trauma informed care. She has also held leadership roles with the Washington County Substance Abuse Coalition, the CEASe Substance Abuse Coalition and the Washington County Child Abuse Prevention Council in Indiana.
